Health and healing  have been lifelong interests.  I have been a Registered Nurse for many years since I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston.   I currently work as an RN for the St. Johns County Council on Aging Coastal Home Care office  in St. Augustine, Florida, part-time and have my own business, Ancient City Hypnosis, located in St. Augustine, Florida.  

 

I am  a graduate of The Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy in Tampa, FL, where I received 500 hours of training as a Hypnotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist.  I am certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind that can produce extraordinary levels of relaxation of the mind, the body and the emotions which allows the Cient to access and utilize the power of one's inner resources.  Hypnosis can by-pass the critical, analytical level of the mind, and facilitate the acceptance of suggestions, directions and instructions desired by the Client.

 

My first  introduction to the work of Dolores Cannon was when a friend suggested that I watch Dolores on YouTube. Her manner and presence as well as her ability to heal clients so impressed me that I decided to study hypnotherapy with her and completed the Level I Class in 2011 and the Level II Class in 2012 with Dolores Cannon.  I am a Dedicated Practioner of QHHT.
